My specialization in SMST sets Smart Exercise apart from traditional fitness studios. This science-backed, beginner-friendly strength training method focuses on slow, controlled movements. Initially developed in 1982 for women with osteoporosis, SMST is a low-impact alternative to conventional weightlifting. The best part? These highly efficient workouts typically take just 20 minutes, fitting seamlessly into your busy schedule.

Driving Directions

My studio is located on the east side of Contra Costa Blvd, just south of Taylor Blvd and the Sunvalley Mall. If you are heading north on Contra Costa, the entrance to the shopping center’s driveway is beyond Ellinwood Dr, just past China Chef. There is plenty of parking.
